Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are usually shipped Monday and Friday.
If by some miracle I’m experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. It’s just me over here! Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you’ll be contacted via email.
Estimated Shipping Time
All products typically take 3-5 business days to arrive from the order date. Unfortunately, existence is chaos so delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Damages
Shit happens, right? I promise to inspect all products and art before sending them out, and I pack orders with the utmost care, so I & Spring Break Jake LLC are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
I tried to do as much research into shipping rates from different vendors for various sizes and frankly ended up more confused than ever, so, at this time, I only offer domestic shipping. I use USPS First Class Shipping on anything that isn’t a painting on a wood panel, and UPS Ground for original paintings.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
Sorry my beautiful abroad friends, at this time international shipping got too complicated for this humble one-human operation to handle, so for the time being I only ship to all 50 U.S. states.
RETURNS
Original Art
While I don’t currently accept returns or exchanges on original art, if the piece arrives damaged, please contact me at jake@springbreakjake.com with photos and details of the damage. Once we decide on the best way to move forward, you can send the artwork back to me and I’ll fix er’ up with a fresh coat of paint and return it to you.
You’ll be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs to send the painting back to me, and I’ll cover the shipping back to you after the repairs.
As with anything in life, there are no guarantees, such as I can’t guarantee that the returned painting will be received, so please take care in shipping. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Apparel, Prints, Etc.
If you don’t like the goods for any reason, send them back! I’ll accept any and all returns within 30 days of receipt. However, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Also, refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment.
